BUILDING INSPECTOR: Code Enforcement Agency Forms

• Building Inspector issues will be addressed Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. If you have questions or need assistance, please leave a message at  412-672-7400 ext 2 and your call will be returned during those days and  times.  
    Selling a property?  See the list below of items you will need. 

Occupancy Inspection:  

• Complete the Occupancy Application and forward it to the Borough  office along with the fee of $137.50 made payable to Glassport Borough.  Once this is processed, the Building Inspector will contact you to  schedule the inspection.
   

Dye Test:  

• A Dye Test must be performed by a Certified Plumber.  
• Complete  the Dye Test Application and return this to the Borough office along  with the fee of $35.00 made payable to Glassport Borough.

Municipal Lien Letter:   

•  A request in writing must be submitted to the Borough for this Lien  Letter.  The fee for this Municipal Lien Letter is $50, check or money  order, made payable to Glassport Borough.  Once the Borough receives the  Certificate of Occupancy,  if request is for the sale of a property, the Lien Letter will be  processed.

Sewage Lien Letter:   

•  A request in writing must be submitted to the Borough for this Lien  Letter.  The fee for this Sewage Lien Letter is $30, check or money  order, made payable to Glassport Borough.  Once the Borough receives the  Certificate of Occupancy, if request is for the sale of a property, the  Lien Letter will be processed

Trash Lien Letter:

•  A request for a Lien Letter for Trash must be made to the TCVCOG.  Please call 412-858-5115 for more information.

All projects and inspections stop and start with the Borough. In order to not incur delay in your project please note that CEA will not process Inspections sent directly to them. Unless the information is sent to the Borough first, requests will not processed.
